Job Title: Electromechanical Field Service Engineer Location: Bradford Salary: £40,000 OTE £44,000 Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM The Role We are currently seeking two experienced Electromechanical Field Service Engineers to join a well-established and growing organisation within the industrial machinery sector. This is a field-based role suited to engineers who enjoy working independently and travelling nationwide. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of specialist shredding and baling machinery across a variety of environments, including corporate offices, government facilities, and secure sites. Due to the nature of the client base, you must hold a valid British Passport and be willing to undergo CRB checks. Key Responsibilities Attend reactive breakdowns and carry out fault diagnosis and repair Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Install and commission new machinery on client sites Refurbish and upgrade existing equipment Work closely with the service team to manage schedules, parts, and job progress Ensure all service reports and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time Adhere to strict health & safety regulations, RAMS, and method statements Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times Requirements Proven experience in electromechanical engineering (field service preferred) Relevant electrical or mechanical qualification Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Good communication and organisational skills Computer literate Full UK Driving Licence (clean) Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away when required Must be able to pass a CRB check Must hold a valid British Passport due to site access requirements Whats on Offer Salary of £40,000 OTE £44,000 Company van (Ford Connect) fuel card Company tools, mobile phone & laptop Uniform, PPE, and overalls provided Pension scheme Opportunity to work with high-end clients across the UK Full product training, including manufacturer training in Germany Join a friendly, growing business with a strong industry reputation
