Salary range: £51,515 – £54,702 per annum
Work location: County Hall, Oxford city centre. A combination of remote and office-based working is expected
Hours per week: 37 - we are open to discussions about flexible working
Contract type: Permanent

Join Oxfordshire County Council on an exciting journey towards delivering the future of social care. We are seeking a dedicated Assurance Lead to coordinate and deliver a programme ensuring our readiness for CQC Assurance, collaborating closely with various operational and commissioning colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
* Being the subject-matter expert on CQC Assurance, briefing colleagues on developments.
* Developing our evidence library and ensuring quality assurance of documentation.
* Ensuring the voice of people we support is central to quality assurance and improvement.
* Developing and monitoring improvement plans.
* Updating senior stakeholders with reports and escalating issues as needed.
