We’re now looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Nurse to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team in Brighton & Hove Recovery Service.

About the role
As one of our Lead Nurses, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality clinical care across our Brighton & Hove Recovery service. You’ll jointly lead a team of skilled nurses and health professionals, fostering a culture of safety, compassion and continuous learning. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to support people in their recovery journey — helping them to achieve positive, lasting change.

Key responsibilities
* Providing clinical and managerial supervision to the nursing team.
* Leading on the delivery of clinical, health and wellbeing interventions.
* Driving clinical quality and best practice through audit, learning and reflection.
* Supporting the development of staff and contributing to service improvement initiatives.
* Working collaboratively across hubs, community sites, and partner organisations.
