Role Description
We are seeking a commercially minded Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team in London, with primary responsibility for driving growth and visibility in the Italian market.
This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution across digital marketing, website optimisation, product promotion and performance reporting. While operating as part of the central marketing team, the successful candidate will act as the key marketing lead for Italy, aligning local initiatives with global objectives.
The role plays an important part in increasing digital visibility, improving user experience, and supporting revenue growth both regionally and across the wider business.
Reporting to the Global Head of Sales & Marketing based in Paris, the role is based in London and offers a hybrid working policy.
Qualifications
* 4–6+ years’ experience in marketing (B2B or digital preferred)
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics
* Experience working with website optimisation and SEO
* HubSpot proficiency highly preferred
* Analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness
* Autonomous and self-driven, with strong team spirit and a collaborative mindset
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
* Fluent in English and Italian
* Strong understanding of and interest in Italian culture
* Experience organising marketing events and tradeshows beneficial
