Housekeeper – Children’s Residential Care Home

£12.69 per hour
40 hours per week | 6am–4pm | 4 days per week
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to join our warm and welcoming children’s residential care home in Wisbech.
In this important role, you’ll help create a clean, safe, and homely environment for the young people in our care. You’ll work closely with our care team to ensure the home is well-maintained and comfortable, supporting the wellbeing of the children and staff alike.
Responsibilities
* General cleaning of all areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and communal spaces
* Laundry duties
* Maintaining high hygiene standards throughout the home
* Stocking cleaning supplies and reporting any maintenance issues
Qualifications
* Takes pride in their work and has great attention to detail
* Can work independently and as part of a team
* Is respectful, kind, and understands the importance of working in a child-centred environment
* Has previous cleaning or housekeeping experience (preferred but not essential)
