What Youll Be Doing
Youll take charge of your section grill, sauce, fish or pastry bringing energy, precision and pride to every service.
Deliver consistently high-quality dishes while keeping your section organised, clean and food-safe
Support and motivate Demi and Commis Chefs, helping build a positive, ambitious kitchen culture
Work with senior chefs on new dishes, menu ideas and continuous improvement
Keep service flowing by coordinating confidently with other sections
Manage portion control, waste reduction, stock rotation and ordering
Champion allergen management, health & safety and company standards

Experience as a Chef de Partie (or a strong Demi or Commis ready to step up)
Passion for cooking, creativity and a detail-driven mindset
Strong understanding of food safety, allergens and modern techniques
Calm, focused service under pressure with great teamwork and communication
Flexibility around day shift patterns and high personal hygiene standards
A culinary qualification is a bonus and while seafood experience helps, what really matters is your enthusiasm to learn, grow and develop your craft
