The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Retail, delivery driving & Mobility Assistant. Drawing on your experience, you will be integral to the day-to-day running of the store. Driving to customers houses in our company van and ensuring we meet our targets while consistently providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting customers with the sale of mobility products and living aids.
* Competent in driving our van and carrying out home demonstrations
* Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations.
* Performing servicing and repairs on mobility scooters, wheelchairs, and other equipment.
* Handling incoming customer calls.
* Conducting home visits and assessments.
* Assisting with deliveries to the store and customers' homes.
* Maintaining an appealing and well-organized store environment.
About You:
You possess excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine ability to understand and respond to customer needs. You have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer care.
Ideal Candidate Profile (Experience Not Essential):
While not essential, previous experience in either a retail, delivery driving and ability for heavy lifting would be highly beneficial.
Essential Requirements:
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting when required.
