Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Care and Support Assistant at our Physical Disability Service Clover Court, Lowestoft.

The role of Care and Support Assistant will include:
Delivering a high level of personalised care and support and encouraging our customers to live as independently as possible promoting active support for all
Supporting customers with washing, dressing, bathing, and hygiene
Helping customers to arrange and attend appointments i.e. with their GP
Promoting safe practices and undertaking risk assessments
Providing peace of mind for all residents by carrying out security checks throughout the night and checking on all buildings and residents
Prior experience delivering personal care is desirable
Ability to be flexible and adapt to the changing needs of customers
NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards, is desirable
