Join to apply for the Multi-skilled Plasterer role at The Regenda Group.
Annual salary: £34,700 (FTE). Permanent role, full‑time (39 hours) – field based across Lancashire.
Responsibilities
* Complete all repair and improvement work safely, efficiently and to client satisfaction.
* Communicate effectively with internal office staff, colleagues, managers and customers.
* Perform other duties as appropriate, including providing support to colleagues as directed by their manager.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in at least two of the following trades (one must be plastering): Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering, Tiling, Groundworks, Roofing or Glazing.
* NVQ level 2 qualification in a core trade (or equivalent).
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Ability to query jobs and liaise with office staff and managers.
* Ability to plan and prioritise workload.
* Working to deadlines and agreed targets.
* Full awareness of relevant H&S requirements and considerations.
* Experience of working with Housing Associations and managing repairs is desirable.
* Full UK driving licence is essential.
