We are currently working in partnership with an award-winning charity based in Hounslow, who are looking to appoint a Lead Worker on a 3-month contract.
This will be a full-time position with 3 days in Hounslow and 2 days in Middlesex.
The hourly rate for this position will be £25.91 via an Umbrella Company.
The ideal candidate will have experience of providing floating support or working in a hospital.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Maintaining a caseload of 15 clients who are soon to be released from hospital
2. Assisting other staff members with complex cases
3. Providing welfare and benefits advice
4. Preparing homes for when residents return
5. Working on an inter-agency basis with other agencies
Experience required:
6. Experience working in a hospital
7. Experience providing floating support
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
8. An understanding of the welfare and benefits system
9. The ability to deal with clients compassionately
10. Compliance and due diligence
Working hours:
11. 37.5 a week
12. Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
