As a Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue and profit in line with defined KPIs by consistently onboarding and managing both new and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
• Identifying new business opportunities and leads, both client and market expansion
• Onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth customer experience
• Successfully closing deals
• Establishing a high degree of confidence with clients in relation to financial risk and exposure
• Consistently delivering sales KPIs
• Organise client meetings to maintain and build upon relationships
• Attend regular industry networking events
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders such as sales team, operations team, compliance team.
Requirements:
• Excellent understanding of FX/CFD markets, providers, products and services, pricing models.
• 5+ years sales experience within the financial industry.
• Proven/in depth knowledge in FX & CFD brokerage (someone with a book of clients to bring to the business desirable).
• Demonstrable success in a high pressure/level, sales environment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs / G Suite.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Enthusiasm, desire and passion to succeed in the fast moving financial industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexibly to meet deadlines.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
Further Education / Qualifications
BSc/BA degree in any subject (desirable)
