You will focus on winning new clients while delivering exceptional services. We offer a competitive basic salary and uncapped commission providing truly unlimited earning potential based on your performance.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:3017:00 (with some flexibility required)
Your Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through telephone and face-to-face engagement.
Understand clients hiring requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Source, screen, and place suitable candidates.
Provide expert insights and advice to both clients and candidates.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and candidates.
Ensure your service to exceed client expectations and achieve candidate satisfaction.
Utilise diverse recruitment channels, including job boards and social media.
Work towards monthly and quarterly KPIs and revenue targets.
Update all internal systems accurately and promptly.
About You
Demonstrable experince in recruitment and sales.
Strong business development skills, with a demonstarble track record of generating new business.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and candidates.
Highly organised, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving results.
