About the role

1. Manage administrative tasks such as student enrollment, scheduling, and record-keeping
2. Coordinate communication between faculty, staff, students, and parents
3. Oversee the implementation of school policies and procedures
4. Assist with budget management and financial reporting
5. Coordinate school events, meetings, and activities
6. Support teachers with administrative tasks and classroom management
7. Address inquiries and concerns from students, parents, and staff in a timely and professional manner
8. Collaborate with school leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives
9. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all members of the school community
Qualifications:
10. Previous experience in school administration or a related field
11. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
14. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
15. Knowledge of educational policies and regulations
