Head of Projects – FM (Manufacturing Sector)
Midlands (Hybrid – Derby hub) | £30–40m Portfolio
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and inspire a team of 20–30 project professionals across the UK
* Own full P&L responsibility (£30–40m), driving profit, cost control, and growth
* Oversee delivery of high-volume, complex projects (£25k–£15m), including:
o M&E and asset upgrades
o Refurbishments and building fabric improvements
o Manufacturing environment enhancements and installations
o Energy and sustainability projects
* Act as trusted advisor to the client, influencing CAPEX strategy and delivery models
* Drive best‑in‑class health, safety, and governance standards
* Strengthen long‑term client relationships in a demanding, high‑performance environment
* Ensure strong commercial discipline, billing accuracy, and cash collection
What We're Looking For
* Strong leadership experience managing projects in FM, construction, or manufacturing environments
* Proven track record delivering across complex, multi‑site portfolios
* Commercially astute with experience owning large budgets/P&L
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate at senior levels
* Project Management qualification (essential)
* A resilient, hands‑on leader who thrives under scale and complexity
