A large, international group with an office in The Wirral is looking for a hands-on Corporate Tax Manager to join its dynamic UK-based operation, paying a salary of £65,000 - £80,000 depending upon experience. This would be an ideal role for someone moving out of Practice or an experienced Corporate tax professional.
This is a standalone role-perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment, has a solid grounding in UK corporate tax, and is looking to play a key part in strategic transactions and group-wide decision-making.
You'll be the go-to person for all things corporate tax, from compliance and transfer pricing to high-value advisory and M&A work. There's a strong pipeline of exciting projects, senior stakeholder exposure, and plenty of scope to shape how tax is handled across the business.
As the Corporate Tax Manager you will:
* Manage end-to-end corporate tax compliance, including group reliefs, QIPs, and loan relationships
* Lead on transfer pricing reviews and ensure compliance with BEPS and UK regulations
* Handle HMRC enquiries and manage corporate tax audits and SAO programme
* Advise on R&D claims, restructurings, refinancing, and transactions
