We're Hiring: Business Development Manager – Home & Personal Care (Initially Maternity cover 12 months)
Location: UK & Ireland (Field-based)
Reporting To: Segment Sales Manager

Are you a results-driven Business Development professional looking to make an impact in a growing market?
We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Home & Personal Care segment, helping us outperform the market and build long-term customer partnerships.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
Driving new business acquisition and growing key accounts
Developing and executing a segment growth strategy
Managing opportunities from first contact through to onboarding
Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
Identifying cross-sell opportunities and improving margin
Working closely with sales, estimating, production and customer service teams
Using Salesforce to manage pipeline, activity and forecast.
This is a hands-on role where you'll own your territory and make a real commercial impact.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in Business Development / Sales
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Ability to manage opportunities end-to-end Confident communicator and relationship builder Highly organised, self-motivated and proactive
Experience Using CRM Systems (Salesforce Preferred)
Desirable:
Experience in printing, packaging or manufacturing
Knowledge of Home & Personal Care markets
