1. Collaborate with the Clinical Care Manager to ensure effective assessment, planning, and evaluation of care.
2. Lead and inspire the clinical team to align with the company's vision and values.
3. Conduct regular audits of care plans to meet residents' individual needs.
4. Foster effective communication with residents, families, and team members.
