What the job involves This role involves identifying, assessing, and responding to the needs of children and families early to prevent the need for statutory interventions. You will manage Child in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) cases, working in partnership with families and multi-agency professionals. Tasks include undertaking Family Help assessments, delivering evidence-based interventions, and engaging in complex case management. You will also contribute to service development initiatives and engage in learning to enhance outcomes.
