Responsibilities
* Identify and engage with new and existing clients to build strong relationships.
* Achieve and surpass sales targets through innovative strategies.
* Convert potential opportunities into sales.
* Conduct engaging show rounds highlighting venue features.
* Manage regional accounts for excellent client experiences.
* Create and implement marketing campaigns.
* Monitor competitors and leverage market insights.
* Maintain accurate reports to inform strategy.
* Build relationships through meetings, calls, and events.
* Address seasonal market fluctuations with creative marketing.
* Drive interest via targeted campaigns and networking.
* Research and proactively open new opportunities.
* Collaborate with the central sales team.
* Ensure effective communication across teams.
* Manage marketing tasks like website updates and social media.
* Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
Essential Experience
* Proven experience in the Bristol corporate event market.
* Success in meeting KPIs and growing business.
* At least 3 years in proactive sales roles.
* Deep understanding of key market segments and clients.
* Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
Desirable
* Experience in multi-site selling.
* Over 2 years in a C&E Business Development role with target achievements.
* Familiarity with CRM systems like Delphi.
