Are you a caring and compassionate Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with complex SEND needs? Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming Primary School in Oldham who are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child within the Early Years setting.

The Role:
1. Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a child in Early Years
2. Supporting learning, development, and emotional well-being in a nurturing environment
3. Working closely with class teachers and SEN staff to deliver tailored support strategies
The Ideal Candidate:
4. Previous experience supporting children with complex SEND needs
5. A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
