Property Manager – Central London
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000
A fast-growing PropTech startup in Central London is expanding rapidly and looking for a tech-savvy Property Manager to join its close-knit team.
This role blends traditional property management with cutting-edge AI tools. You’ll help streamline operations, ensure full compliance, and deliver excellent service to clients and tenants using innovative technology.
What you’ll do:
* Oversee the AI system to ensure it runs efficiently for admin tasks, tenant communication, and work orders
* Manage end-to-end compliance, maintenance, and lettings processes (including Gas Safety, EPC, licensing, and renewals)
* Maintain audit-ready records and high standards of data hygiene
* Produce operational reports and support smooth workflows
* Handle client-facing responsibilities and build strong, long-term relationships
What we need from you:
* Property management experience with exposure to multiple software systems
* Passion for (or experience in) AI, Computer Science, or Engineering
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Outstanding verbal and written communication
* Ability to problem-solve and perform well under pressure
* Highly IT literate with solid administration skills
* Positive, encouraging attitude and client-focused approach
Nice to have: ARLA qualification (not essential).
