A vacancy has arisen within the Treasury Department, Financial Services, at Falkirk Community Hospital & Forth Valley Royal Hospital, with the main base at Falkirk Community Hospital.
As part of a small team, you will be responsible for processing all transactions on the debtors sub-ledger within the financial management system. This includes ensuring that all invoices and cash are recorded promptly and that the debtors accounts are accurate and up-to-date at all times.
The role also involves checking and verifying cross-boundary purchase invoices in a timely manner before they are passed for payment approval. Additionally, you will cover for Cash Office staff absence at FVRH.
Candidates should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, along with a good working knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing packages. Ideally, you will be educated to HNC level or equivalent.
This position requires the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
