The Role
* Support people of all ages with personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)
* Medication and meal preparation
* Household tasks and daily routines
* Encouraging independence and providing companionship
* With 6 months of experience, opportunities to work in Complex Care (e.g., spinal injuries, neurological disorders, respiratory needs with training such as tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, postural support)
* Children's Support – personal care, emotional support, and daily assistance for children and young people with complex needs
* Mental Health Support – practical and emotional support to help manage routines, reduce isolation, and build confidence
* Candidate Assessment Programme (CAP) during onboarding for those without prior experience
Requirements
* At least 18 years old
* Willing to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends
* Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references
* For Complex Care, Children's or Mental Health duties, at least 6 months' hands-on UK care experience
