Description Operations Director Location: Emersons Green, Bristol Are you a leader looking to launch your career to the next level? Role Overview: The Operations Director is primarily responsible for ensuring that Team Leidos delivers the operational elements of LCST in support of UK Defence BACO and emerging operational requirements, including a Strategic Base Outload. Duties & Responsibilities: Deliver supply chain integration through strong relationships with Director CSS and Director Logistics Drive collaborative working through an Operations Working Group and a Cognitive Command Centre Provide an interface between military operational HQs and Team Leidos to ensure a mutual understanding of requirements, capabilities and challenges Ensure that Team Leidos understands emerging operational requirements and is prepared to meet them Maintain and test LCST readiness to deliver logistic support to emerging Operations, including a Strategic Base Outload Build a comprehensive understanding of LCST supply chain resilience, integrating with DE&S SCRIPT, model potential resilience challenges and mitigate the impact of worldwide resilience events Provide a deployable team capable of working within a Total Support Force construct on deployed operations Lead the Joint Operations Framework, with CMO Head of Operations and supported by the Joint Operations Management Office, to prioritise and maintain pan-LCST joint operational momentum Drive, monitor and measure LCST performance to ensure that Team Leidos remains ‘green’ against all KPIs Provide MI/BI to inform SLT decision making Maintain excellent customer relationships through delivery of customer needs and dedicated customer relationship management focused primarily on Front Line Commands and DE&S Delivery Teams Provide a 24/7/365 Customer Service Desk focused on successfully resolving customer queries and issues Deliver a continuous customer satisfaction survey and drive improvements in CSAT scores Provide an operational demand input capability, maintaining contingent stock levels, and managing demands of Defence forms & publications Generate On Contract Growth opportunities and relay to the BD team. Recruit, retain, and develop a high performing team Skills Required: Strong Operations management experience Desirable Skills: Experience working in an air worthiness environment Senior logistic officer experience in, or with, UK Armed Forces Clearance Requirements: BPSS Pre-screening required to Start SC required for the role Get onboard with the fastest growing company in the industry. Pay Range: Pay Range £96,800.00 - £151,633.75 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
