Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, process and track sales orders end to end, including allocating stock and arranging dispatch, with timely follow-up.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions and inventory/stock levels.
* Coordinate communication across internal teams to keep priorities and timelines on track.
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes that drive actions.
* Create clear reports and documents; keep systems updated using Sage 200 and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook).
Requirements
* A degree (any discipline) is required.
* Prior experience in a similar fast-paced internal sales/sales admin role is essential.
* Customer-focused with clear, professional English (written and verbal); comfortable as a first point of contact.
* Organised and detail-driven; able to manage multiple tasks accurately.
* Confident with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint); basic IT troubleshooting.
* Knowledge of Sage and/or Sage 200 is beneficial.
* Brief knowledge of NDT equipment and consumables is beneficial.
