About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver to join our busy warehouse team. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting warehouse operations efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service, high safety standards, and accurate stock control.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, and dispatched correctly while maintaining a safe and organised working environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure all stock is picked, stacked, maintained, and secured to company and client standards.
2. Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.
3. Support safe warehouse operations by adhering to all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
4. Accurately complete tasks within required timeframes.
5. Work collaboratively with warehouse, stock control, and management teams.
6. Unload incoming stock within agreed turnaround times and complete quality checks.
7. Record BBE details accurately and complete stock put-away procedures using RDT equipment where applicable.
