Head of Sales, London, £60,000 + Bonus
I am super excited to be working with a premium hospitality group based in the heart of London who are looking for a Head of Sales to join the team. The Head of Sales will be responsible for the expansion of their external catering division driving growth across new markets.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the sales strategy to grow revenue into new markets
* Win and onboard new clients across luxury and public sectors
* Personally manage major launches and key relationships
* Contribute to bid writing and commercial tenders
* Recruit and develop the team
Skills & Experience:
* Proactive sales experience with a strong London network from a catering/events background
* Skilled at lead generation, closing deals, and managing pipelines
* Confident in client-facing and leadership roles
* Creative, strategic, and highly organised
* Proactive self-starter who works well independently and in a team
