Aspire Children Services, located in North and South Manchester, is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Ofsted rated 'Good' team. Our home accommodates up to 2 young people and a staff team of 8.
We are looking for passionate full-time Deputy Manager /Trainee Registered Manager about making a difference, who can be a good advocate and problem solver, and who is interested in progressing to a home manager position. Full support will be provided for role fulfilment and career progression.

Essential Requirements:
* Full UK driving license (international licenses are not accepted unless issued in a country with a reciprocal arrangement)
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
* Experience in a Children's home setting
* Supervisory experience
* Understanding of OFSTED regulations and standards

* A salary of £30,000 to £38,000 depending on experience.
* Trainee Registered Manager Programme to set up to 6 months
Duties:
* Manage and supervise staff members to ensure efficient and compassionate care delivery.
* Develop and implement care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
* Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Coordinate with other professionals and families to provide comprehensive care.
* Assist in the day-to-day operations of the home living facility.
* Lead safeguarding in the absence of the home manager.
* Complete paperwork to a high standard.
* Be organised and an advocate for the young people.
