Key Responsibilities
* Ensure day‑to‑day management of the multi‑disciplinary team with responsibility for the assessment of care needs, development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care.
* Ensure a quality and efficient service operates within the ward, meeting high standards of nursing care and statutory requirements.
* Take a lead role in clinical and multi‑disciplinary team meetings, supporting and guiding junior staff and ensuring that all contributions are recognised.
* Oversee all documentation and care planning for all patients, ensuring completion of documentation and provision of care.
* Participate in the Duty Senior Nurse roster, acting as Duty Senior Nurse one day per week and liaising with internal and external agencies.
Qualifications
* Band 7 RMN or RNLD qualification.
* Availability to work shifts in addition to core office hours, with at least one day per week clinical involvement.
* Strong commitment to vaccination as a safety measure for self, staff and service users.

The successful candidate will be a key part of the Campbell Centre Senior Leadership Team. We require a dynamic, compassionate leader who can ensure high standards of care and effective management of acute services, with an emphasis on safety and flow whilst ensuring good outcomes for our patients.
The successful candidate must be available to work shifts as well as core office hours as the role will involve at least one day per week working in the clinical numbers. We will ensure that supervision and continuing development reviews are provided and that your PDP needs are supported in line with service development.
