Job Overview for Home Manager We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others. Contract: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £32,500 - £37,000 Responsibilities for a Home Manager * Support individuals in following their care plans and maintaining their independence * Care plans * Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care. * Some cleaning duties at night, laundry and kitchen vegetables prep. Skills for a Home Manager * Excellent communication skills in English to interact with residents and their families effectively. * Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential.
