As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers and driving sales performance from our Mountsorrel Hub.
Responsibilities
* Handling inbound and outbound calls with a range of customers
* Preparing and managing quotations for aggregates and asphalt products
* Negotiating pricing and maximising sales opportunities
* Delivering a high standard of customer service every time
* Working to sales targets and KPIs, including value‑added products and call performance
* Collaborating closely with colleagues to deliver a "one team" approach

Qualifications
* Experience in a sales, telesales or customer service environment
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* The ability to multi‑task and prioritise effectively
* Confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels
* A performance‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving results
* Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP)
* A flexible, positive and team‑oriented approach
