Business Development Manager
South of England | Field & Office Based
Salary: £30,000 basic + OTE up to £50,000
Twentysix Recruitment is growing, and we are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to help lead our expansion across the South of England.

The Role
As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for winning new business and driving revenue growth across the South of England.
This is a sales-focused role, with no candidate delivery responsibility, giving you the opportunity to focus on what you do best: building relationships, opening doors and developing new client partnerships.
You will play a key role in helping us grow our market presence across regions including:
London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Generating new business through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking and client meetings
* Building and managing a structured sales pipeline
* Securing Terms of Business and PSL agreements
* Developing relationships with prospective clients across our target sectors
* Supporting the onboarding and early development of newly won accounts
* Working closely with internal teams to support smooth handovers into delivery
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in sales or business development
* A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, proactive and target driven
* Organised and confident managing a regional territory
* Commercially focused, with a genuine drive to win new business
Experience within recruitment, hospitality, or catering would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Tools You’ll Use
* Internal Sales Software and CRM
* LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach
* Email and sales tools to support communication and engagement
What’s on Offer
* £30,000 basic salary
* OTE up to £50,000, dependent on performance
* Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
* Field and office-based role covering the South of England
