Accounts Payable / Finance Assistant - 3 month contract

Robert Half Ltd are working with a business that are looking to hire a Finance Assistant on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong purchase-to-pay experience.
The Role
1. Processing supplier invoices and purchase orders
2. Managing payment runs and supplier queries
3. Reconciling company credit cards and bank accounts
4. Supporting expenses processing and month-end activities
5. Assisting with customer invoicing and finance administration
6. Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
About You
7. Previous Accounts Payable experience
8. Strong understanding of the purchase-to-pay cycle
9. Experience using accounting systems
10. Good Excel skills and high attention to detail
11. Immediately available or short notice period
