SEMH Teacher
Are you a passionate and resilient teacher looking to make a real difference? We are seeking a dedicated full-time teacher to join a supportive setting in South Liverpool from September, working with secondary-aged students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity within a nurturing and structured environment, offering small class sizes to enable meaningful, personalised learning.
You will:
* Teach a range of subjects across the secondary curriculum
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
* Support pupils with SEMH needs to access learning and develop life skills
* Build strong, positive relationships with students
* Implement consistent and effective behaviour management strategies
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Resilient, patient, and empathetic
* Confident in teaching multiple subjects at secondary level
* Skilled in behaviour management and de-escalation
* Passionate about supporting young people with additional needs
* A team player with a flexible and proactive approach
