What You'll Do
* Own and grow a portfolio of Silver partners, building quarterly joint business plans and holding partners accountable for outcomes.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners (VARs, Distributors, SIs, ISVs, MSPs).
* Build and execute joint business plans to drive revenue, profitability, and pipeline.
* Communicate global and local strategy to partners, driving scalable "sell-with/to/through" motions.
* Gain deep understanding of partner priorities, market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
* Coordinate all activities between internal stakeholders and partners, including sales, marketing, education, and executive engagement.
* Tailor solution offerings to customer profiles and influence partner decisions to increase value and performance.
* Support recruitment and onboarding of new partners, helping strengthen commitment and capability.
* Ensure partners meet required compliance and program obligations.
* Monitor partner performance, forecast accurately, and identify opportunities to close gaps.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
* 2+ years of experience in sales, partner management, or account development.
* Proven ability to build positive relationships and solve customer or partner challenges.
* Strong awareness of current technology trends and the ability to articulate value at both business and technical levels.
* Sales acumen, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and closing strategies.
* Understanding of financial and business fundamentals (revenue, forecasting, financial health).
* Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong time management and ability to prioritise in a fast‑moving environment.
* Creativity and entrepreneurial thinking to drive differentiated partner success.
