We are seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of propositions to our Adviser firms and their clients, this is a busy and varied role so you will need to have a proactive, self-motivated and organised approach. This is an important operational role within the marketing team and the role holder will need marketing systems experience, such as Data Asset Management tools, Dot Digital and CMS, creative thinking to find solutions to problems and issues. This role will support the day-to-day delivery of product communications, BAU activities and marketing campaigns to advisers, clients and relevant. This is a 6-month fixed term contract, hybrid role with the requirement to be in our Swindon office 2 days a week. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and maintaining the content on our Adviser accessible systems for multiple proposition areas. Supporting the creation, maintenance and approval process for all adviser and client facing content. Ensure that all material is created and deployed across the full adviser network: Openwork, OWL, 2plan where applicable. Be the link between the proposition and communications team, ensuring that adviser communications are booked in and created in time for delivery. Carry out activities that support BAU and provide MI to internal stakeholders and providers that details engagement and activity and looks to identify methods and messages that could be done differently. Support in the creation of social media messaging. Ensure that all content is uploaded and maintained on Openwork operating systems and portals Processes for day-to-day working are used and proactively improved for areas such as: Briefing, job bags, budget tracking, system updates, portals etc. Pick up any ad hoc tasks as requested by Manager or wider management team. Supporting the communication of campaigns to the adviser network through email an d accessible systems. The planning and execution of weekly proposition emails using Dot Digital. Collation of MI that monitor the success of our weekly emails, campaign emails and DAM for campaigns. What will you need to succeed? Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. Excellent practical knowledge of Dot Digital, Excel, PowerPoint, CMS, Digital design would be beneficial. Email marketing expertise - creating and sending digital marketing emails through systems such as Dot Digital/ Mail Chimp/ Campaign Monitor etc. Excellent data analysis skills. Strong literacy and numeracy skills. Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management. A delivery focus that operates across a variety of activities. Ability to multi-task, manage and prioritise different tasks, multiple stakeholders, timescales and goals. Excellent team player. Excellent planning and organisational skills. Positive, self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously, with a strong “can do” attitude. Proven track record for delivery to deadline. Why us?
