We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be completing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. Responsibilities
* Daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
* Communicate effectively with team members to promote a collaborative work environment.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Maintain organisational standards throughout the store, ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked.
* Opening of the shop Monday - Thursday
Experience
* Previous experience in a Retail roles is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Proficiency in communicating effectively with diverse teams; multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous.
* Demonstrated ability to sell products and promote store initiatives successfully.
* Experience in team management, fostering a positive workplace culture while driving performance.

Full training will be given.
Hours per week:
Monday - 9:45 - 12:15pm
Tuesday - 9:45 - 12:15pm
Wednesday - 9:45 - 12:15pm
Thursday - 9:45 - 12:15pm
TOTAL HOURS PER WEEK: 10
Must be flexible to help cover holidays and busy periods, e.g school holidays.
Immediate start required
Rate of pay: NMW for your age
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
