Project Engineer - Welding & Fabrication
Location: Coventry (commutable within 25 miles)
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Responsibilities
* Taking full ownership of allocated engineering and fabrication projects from handover through to delivery
* Acting as the main point of contact for customers, attending meetings and site visits where needed
* Coordinating with production supervisors and shop floor teams to ensure welding, fabrication, and assembly run smoothly
* Reviewing engineering drawings and providing technical support to ensure projects are delivered right first time
* Managing timelines, budgets, and resources to keep projects on track
What we need from you
* Proven background in welding and fabrication - this is a must-have
* Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
* Confident communicator with strong customer-facing skills
* Organised and able to manage multiple projects under pressure
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
