What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
* Strong experience within a nursery or early years setting.
* Previous responsibility for leading a room or supporting senior practitioners is desirable.
* Confident knowledge of safeguarding, the EYFS, and child development.
* Warm, positive communication skills with both children and families.
* A proactive, supportive approach to leading and coaching your team.
