We are working with a leading international law firm based in Belfast for an Associate to join their Corporate team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a global corporate practice, working on a wide range of complex, high-value, and multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions. They will support matters across areas including M&A, corporate reorganisations, capital markets, and cross-border transactions, assisting with drafting corporate documentation, managing large-scale due diligence exercises, and coordinating international projects.
Essential Criteria:
* 0-5 years’ PQE;
* Corporate law background;
* Ability to develop relationships;
* Strong commercial awareness;
* Excellent academics;
* Technically excellent;
* Strong communication skills;
* Flexible team player.
