Senior Care Therapy is on the lookout for dedicated Licensed Psychologists to provide in-person psychotherapy services to the geriatric population. We proudly serve over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities across NJ, NY, PA, and MD, including sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living facilities.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in skilled nursing facilities.
* Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of emotional and behavioral health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and cognitive decline.
* Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
* Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards using our clinician-designed EHR.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements:
* Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
* Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Psychologist in the state of application.
* Effective oral and written communication skills in English.
* Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records (EHR).
* Strong organizational skills with attention to regulatory compliance.
* Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes away.
* Physical ability to walk, stand, and move between patient rooms and offices throughout the day.
* Full vaccination and booster status may be required in some facilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous clinical experience in a subacute, long-term care, or geriatric healthcare setting.
* Experience treating anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders; psych or addictions experience is a plus.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
