We are looking for a Step 2 Manager to join our leadership team within our NHS Talking Therapies Service. WithYou is a charity providing free, confidential support to people experiencing challenges with drugs, alcohol or mental health.
This is an exciting role, to work with a wide range of mental health practitioners, partner providers and referrers to develop and grow our mental health workforce in Kent.
You will be working 22.5 hours a week.

Required Skills
As a Step 2 Manager, you are responsible for supporting the development of Step 2 Talking Therapies services. You’ll support individual staff with developing their performance in their clinical work and supporting with safeguarding and quality assurance.
We are looking for someone with previous line management experience ideally in a Talking Therapies Service, however, we will consider candidates with experience within a health, social care or criminal justice setting.
The post holder will excel in building relationships across a complex range of stakeholders and have an understanding of common mental health challenges.
Above all, we are looking for someone passionate about what we do, and with a positive and engaging approach.
