Do you want to be a top sales performer earning 100k in a FTSE 250 company?Field-based role covering the North West, with a strong focus on Liverpool and surrounding key commercial areas.We’re looking for high-energy, pure new business hunters who thrive on opening doors, challenging the status quo, and winning customers from competitors.This is not an account management role. You will not be inheriting a warm portfolio. You will build your own pipeline from scratch and win business through consistent, high-activity outbound prospecting and face-to-face engagement.At Northgate Vehicle Hire, we believe in usership over ownership,helping businesses access flexible, scalable vehicle solutions that keep them moving without the burden of ownership.You’ll be fully equipped with a company laptop, mobile phone and a company car to support your success on the road.What you’ll be doingYou’ll be the driving force behind new customer acquisition in your territory, responsible for:Identifying and winning new commercial customers through cold calling, door knocking, networking, referrals, and competitor targetingBuilding a detailed understanding of your local market, including key sectors, decision-makers, and existing supplier arrangementsActively targeting businesses already using competitors (including major regional players such as West Wallasey)Creating tailored, consultative solutions across our full vehicle and support servicesOwning the full sales cycle from first contact through to closeWorking closely with central support teams to build compelling proposals and win new contractsJoin Northgate Vehicle Hire as a New Business Manager and enjoy some outstanding benefits …Of course, there’s a great basic salary, but that’s just the beginning, our most popular benefits include …Salary - £40,000 per annum enhanced by a fantastic commission scheme plus a company car. Our New Business Managers see a realistic OTE of £70,000, top performers in this role are hitting their commission cap of £77,500 on-top of salary.Annual leave - Start with 24 days, increasing to 26 days with service.
