Job Title: Day Concierge or Night Concierge (2 Separate Roles Available)
Location: Luxury Residential Development
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are recruiting for TWO separate Concierge roles within a high-end residential development:
1) Day Concierge
2) Night Concierge
Please note: These are separate positions with different working hours. Candidates must specify which role they are applying for.
Shift Details:
Day Concierge:
* Working days
* Week 1: Saturday, Sunday, Monday
* Week 2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
* Hours: 7:00am - 7:00pm
Night Concierge:
* Working days: Same as above
* Hours: 7:00pm - 7:00am
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service
* Act as the main point of contact for residents and visitors
* Manage parcels, deliveries, and general enquiries
* Maintain a clean and presentable reception area
* Monitor the building and report any issues
* Liaise with management and maintenance teams
Candidate Requirements:
* Background in hospitality (e.g. hotels) or residential concierge roles
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Professional, well-presented, and reliable
* Able to work independently
Desirable:
* Some experience in night concierge or light security duties (especially for night role)
* Not heavily security-focused background
