Who we’re looking for
4. A care solicitor with at least 2 years’ experience running their own files
5. Comfortable with doing their own advocacy
6. Experience in private children matters
7. Familiarity with farming or rural cases
8. Child Panel membership
9. A natural team player who enjoys mentoring juniors and getting stuck into firm-wide initiatives
What you’ll be doing
10. Taking over a full caseload of predominantly care matters
11. Supervising and supporting two paralegals, both on track for training contracts
12. Contributing to internal projects, from shaping the firm’s culture to input on marketing and LinkedIn activity
13. Collaborating closely with support staff, trainees, and other solicitors
14. Playing an active role in the continued development of a respected, growing department
