What you will do
* Manage a caseload of children and families within the Families First framework, including Unaccompanied Asylum‑Seeking Children (UASC).
* Undertake statutory assessments and planning to promote safety, stability, and positive outcomes.
* Provide direct support to children and families, ensuring culturally informed and child‑centred practice.
* Complete age assessments, needs assessments, and pathway planning for UASC where required.
* Work collaboratively with multi‑agency partners including education, health, legal services, and immigration services.
* Prepare high‑quality reports and contribute to planning meetings, reviews, and decision‑making forums.
* Maintain accurate and timely records in line with statutory guidance and local authority standards.
