We are seeking an experienced Senior D365 Project Manager to lead a CRM upgrade from Microsoft Dynamics 2011 to D365 CE Online for a leading financial services organisation. This role requires strong project management skills, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end upgrade and migration from MS Dynamics CRM 2011 to D365 CE Online .
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
Manage stakeholder expectations, working closely with senior leadership, business teams, and technical experts.
Oversee third-party vendors, developers, and implementation partners to ensure project success.
Mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and drive issue resolution.
Ensure data integrity and governance during the migration process.
Provide regular status updates and reports to key stakeholders.
Champion best practices for change management and user adoption.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience managing D365 CE (Customer Engagement) upgrade projects, preferably within financial services.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and CRM migration strategies .
Hands-on experience with data migration, integrations, and cloud transformations .
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Financial Services / Banking experience desirable
