Lead Design Technology Teacher - Redbridge

We are seeking an outstanding Lead Design Technology Teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school in Redbridge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Design Technology and the ability to inspire students from KS3 to KS5. As a lead teacher, you will be responsible for driving the subject forward, developing innovative schemes of work, and supporting both staff and students in achieving excellence.
The Role
In this role, you will oversee the Design Technology department, taking the lead in curriculum planning, assessment, and resource management. You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure high-quality teaching and learning. The ability to teach across a range of disciplines within Design Technology, including Product Design, Graphics, and Resistant Materials, will be essential.
