Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Volunteer Development Officer based in Leeds. The Volunteer Development Officer will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing volunteer programs. Daily tasks include recruiting, training, and retaining volunteers, organizing volunteer events, and matching volunteers with appropriate roles. The role also involves tracking volunteer performance, providing ongoing support and recognition, and collaborating with other departments to enhance volunteer engagement.
