This position may be extended, and the postholder will have the chance to interview for the permanent post. The Key Details: £14.78 per hour. Derry/L'Derry based site. Flexible working. Free on-site parking. Fantastic development opportunities. The Role: Responsible for the collection and analysis of water, wastewater, trade effluent, sludge and soils. The work covers a wide range of determinants and includes trace metals, organics, general pollution indicators nutrients and microbiology. The Person: A third level qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) in Science/Chemistry/Environmental Science. At least 1 years' practical analytical chemistry experience, within a laboratory operating a Quality Management system. Experience of working within and understanding of ISO 17025 standards. Knowledge of the Chemical Analysis in the Water Industry.
